HOW IT WORKS

• Works in the free Adobe Acrobat Reader, Chrome or Edge.
• Click a line and type. Tick boxes stay ticked. Save the file and your entries are there next time.
• Notes, weekly appointments and the month date boxes have one type-in line per row: type a line, then press Tab to go to the next line.
• Every box is sized for a full-length entry at a fixed, readable size and stops accepting text when it is full.
• Print one week or one month by page range (for example, daily pages 66 to 72 print Monday, January 4 to Sunday, January 10, and weekly pages are 9 to 61). Print at 100% (actual size).
• No holidays are printed, so you can add the ones that matter to you.
• This is a type-in PDF for computers and printing. It is not designed for handwriting apps. Apple Preview and phone viewers may show fields differently.
