DESIGNED FOR ADHD HOUSEHOLDS

• One page, so there is no binder to maintain
• Everything visible at once, so a job does not vanish the moment it is out of sight
• Every row its own color, so you find the right line by looking rather than reading
• Boxes to tick as you go, so progress is something you can see
• You write your own tasks, so it bends around your home instead of the other way round

WHAT IS ON THE PAGE

• Weekly checklist with a column for all 7 days and 7 write in lines per day
• Daily habit tracker with a 7 box tick grid, Monday to Sunday
• Monthly tracker, tick the month each job was done, January to December
• Annual tracker for once a year jobs, same 12 box grid
• Quarterly tracker, Q1 to Q4
• Semi annual tracker, H1 and H2
• A notes block for anything that does not fit a schedule

PERFECT FOR

• ADHD and neurodivergent routines
• Families sharing the chores between them
• Anyone who wants the whole month at a glance
• The fridge, a folder, or a tablet
