120 printable anxiety affirmation cards, each with a small grounding idea you can try right away. Six themed suits help you pull the right card for the moment: Racing Thoughts, Panic Moments, Body and Breath, Social and Work, Night and Sleep, and Self-Kindness. Print at home on Letter or A4, cut, and keep a few in your bag, by your bed or on your desk. Includes a Large 3x5 print edition and a low-ink version.

Every written card pairs a calm affirmation with one "Try this" grounding idea, like a slow breathing count or naming five sounds around you. Each of the three card decks opens on a linked Contents page with bookmarks for every suit.

HOW TO PRINT

  • Print at Actual size or 100% (never Fit).
  • Use 65 to 110 lb cardstock.
  • Cut on the crop marks.
  • Optional card backs: print the back sheet on the reverse and flip on the long edge. Test one sheet first.
