About this download

Plan any event in one spreadsheet: pick the event type, type the date, and your checklist fills in with tasks and due dates counted back from the big day. Track the budget, guests and RSVPs, vendors and payments, the menu and the day-of run of show, and share it with your helpers.

Made for birthdays and milestone parties, kids parties, baby showers, holiday parties, graduations, reunions, work events, fundraisers and open houses.

IMPORTANT

Developed for Google Sheets. An Excel file is included for the latest Microsoft 365 (Office 365 Desktop App). Older Excel versions may not support all features.

Start Here: type the event name and date, three steps and a one-line guide to every tab.

Setup: event type, start time, venue, guest and budget targets, currency label and your own lists.

Dashboard: countdown, budget spent and paid, RSVPs and headcount, tasks done, next 5 tasks, next 5 vendor payments, a vendor card and 3 charts.

Checklist: 28 to 36 ready-made tasks for your event type (16 for Custom) with automatic due dates, plus 160 rows for your own tasks.
