Developed for Google Sheets. An Excel file is included for the latest Microsoft 365 (Office 365 Desktop App). Older Excel versions may not support all features.

Quick setup: open the Start Here PDF, make your own copy, then add your students, categories and organizations in Setup.

WHAT'S INSIDE

• Start Here: your Make a copy links, quick setup, the color key and how hours are counted.
• Setup: up to 4 students with graduation year, goal hours and deadline, up to 10 categories with optional target hours, up to 30 organizations with site supervisor and phone or email, school year start month, Pretend today and a theme picker.
• Hours Log: 1,000 rows: date, student, organization, category, activity, start and end time or hours, supervisor sign off (Not sent, Pending, Signed), date signed, proof link and notes; supervisor, contact, hours and school year fill in.
• Dashboard: pick a student: goal, logged, signed, pending, hours left, days left, hours per week needed, totals by category against targets, by organization, by month and by school year, a grade 9 to 12 running total and one hours by month chart.
• Summary: a one page printable summary for a student and date range: totals by organization with supervisor contact, category totals, signed and pending hours, an entry list and blank signature lines.

Hours: type a start and end time (past midnight works) or just the hours; every entry is rounded to the nearest quarter hour. Pick a theme: Marigold, Colorblind Safe or Print.

What it is not: it is not an official form or certificate, it is not an organization roster or shift scheduler, and it makes no promise about admissions, scholarships or awards.
