Notion Life Planner

About this download

Bring your tasks, plans, goals, habits, money, meals, and notes into one connected Notion daily planner. Life Command Center helps busy adults capture what matters, choose three priorities for today, and see the current week without maintaining decorative widgets or hundreds of duplicate pages.

WHAT YOU RECEIVE

• One PDF buyer guide with the Clean Copy template link and a separate optional Sample link
• A Clean Copy for your real plans and information
• A populated Sample with fictional records for reference
• Ten connected pages: Dashboard, Start Here, Mobile, Planning, Goals, Money, Wellness, Household, Reflection, and Data Center
• Twelve connected databases for tasks, projects, goals, milestones, schedules, habits, habit logs, money, recipes, notes, areas, and dashboard controls
• Seven named capture routes for a task, event, note, expense, meal, journal entry, or goal
• A dedicated one-column Mobile page for phone use
• A beginner guide with a first ten minute setup path

PLAN THE DAY WITHOUT LOSING THE WEEK

Assign Today Rank 1, 2, or 3 to the tasks that matter now. The dashboard shows those three priorities beside the current week's schedule, active goals, habits, bills, meals, waiting items, and overdue tasks.

The 2027 planning layer includes one year view, four quarter views, twelve month views, plus monthly and quarterly review templates. The core task and schedule system uses current dates, so you can keep using it after 2027 with the included year rollover guidance.

WHAT UPDATES AUTOMATICALLY

• Today and This Week saved views follow the current date
• Waiting and Overdue views respond to task status and dates
• Goal progress updates after you complete linked milestones
• Habit totals update after you add dated habit logs

WHAT YOU MANAGE

You create your records, choose the named templates, update statuses, assign Today Ranks and optional dashboard slots, add habit logs, and complete year rollover when needed. The template does not invent, schedule, or change your personal information.
