A credit card tracker for everyone with more than one card: keep up to 20 cards in one sheet with their limits, APRs, statement and due dates, then log each month's balance and payment and see your utilization, on-time record and interest paid update on the dashboard. A countdown warns you before a 0% promo APR ends or an annual fee comes due, and a score log charts the credit score you enter each month.

IMPORTANT

Developed for Google Sheets. An Excel file is included for the latest Microsoft 365 (Office 365 Desktop App). Older Excel versions may not support all features.

WHAT'S INSIDE (10 tabs)

Start Here: the copy link, quick setup, color key and notes inside the workbook.

Dashboard: total balance, total credit limit, overall utilization, interest and fees for the year, on-time payments, the next 3 due dates, the soonest promo APR end, and a wallet of up to 20 card tiles with a utilization bar each.

Cards: up to 20 cards by nickname with credit limit, purchase APR, statement close day, due day, annual fee and fee month, promo APR and end date, status (Open, Closed or Paused) and a rewards note.

Monthly Log: 240 rows (12 months x 20 cards) for statement balance, minimum due, amount paid, date paid, interest and fees; the due date, an on-time flag and utilization fill in.

Utilization: each card's utilization for the 12 months of the calendar year and overall utilization, with an over-target mark when you set a target.

Due Calendar: 12 month blocks showing which cards are due and which statements close each day.

Promos and Fees: days left until each promo APR ends (Ended once past) and until each annual fee month, with a reminder inside the window you set.

Score Log: 120 rows for the credit score you check, its source and a note, with a line chart of your latest 24 entries.

Setup: currency label, utilization target, reminder window, calendar year and palette.

Example: 5 fictional cards filled in, for reference only (it feeds nothing).

3 palettes in one file: Graphite and Violet, Colorblind Safe and Print (black and white). Every flag is a word with a symbol, never color alone.

Room for 20 cards, 240 Monthly Log rows (12 months x 20 cards), 120 Score Log rows and a 12-month Due Calendar for the calendar year on Setup.

No card numbers, CVV or logins needed: cards are tracked by nickname.
