Developed for Google Sheets. An Excel file is included for the latest Microsoft 365 (Office 365 Desktop App). Older Excel versions may not support all features.

Formula cells are protected with no password. Filter while protected. To sort, unprotect the sheet, sort the whole table, then protect it again.

Text wraps. If your app clips an edited row, use AutoFit Row Height or Fit to data. Use the supplied rows; inserted rows are not supported while protected.

Food estimates feed Events and are separate from spending totals. Record paid food once in Spending Log. Avoid entering the same purchase in more than one spending table.

The person chart shows the 12 largest budgets. Rings stop at 100%; Budget used text still shows the true percentage above 100%.

Use it again next year by making a copy, changing the holiday date and clearing your seasonal entries.
