Cleaning Schedule Spreadsheet for Google Sheets: know what to clean today and this week, keep track of the deep cleaning jobs that only come round every few months, and share the chores fairly.

This cleaning planner combines a weekly cleaning routine with daily progress rings and a deep cleaning schedule that works out each task's next due date from the last time you did it. Room freshness scores, a household chore tracker and a Dashboard pull it all together. Light and Dark themes are included.

𝗪𝗛𝗔𝗧'𝗦 𝗜𝗡𝗦𝗜𝗗𝗘 (𝟔 𝗧𝗔𝗕𝗦)

• Dashboard: Home freshness, Overdue, Due today and Due soon counts, this week's progress by day, freshness by room, an overdue and due soon list, a chore split pie and what's coming up in the next 14 days.
• This Week: 7 day columns, each with a progress ring that fills as you tick tasks. Up to 15 tasks per day with who does each one, plus an Every day list of up to 7 tasks. Today's column is highlighted.
• Deep Clean: room for 200 tasks. Pick a frequency (daily to yearly), a preferred day and who does it, then type the Last done date. Next due, days left and status (Overdue, Due today, Due soon, Fresh or Not started) are calculated automatically.
• Rooms: a freshness score for each room (the share of its tasks that are started and not overdue), overdue counts, estimated minutes per month and a household split by person.
• Setup: rename up to 20 rooms and 6 people, edit the frequency table, choose whether your week starts on Monday or Sunday, and set how many days count as Due soon.
• Start Here: Google Sheets copy links, Excel notes, a color key and step by step instructions.

• 80 editable starter tasks across 13 rooms, plus 4 starter routine tasks per day and 5 Every day tasks.
• Sample workbooks show a fictional household so you can see everything working before you start.
• Reset the week by selecting the tick columns and pressing Delete. Tasks and names stay.

Developed for Google Sheets. An Excel file is included for the latest Microsoft 365 (Office 365 Desktop App). Older Excel versions may not support all features. No macros, scripts or add-ons. Formula cells are protected without a password so they are not overwritten by accident. Filtering by room or person works while protected. To sort, unprotect the sheet (no password), sort the whole table, then protect it again.

Frequencies are typical starter suggestions; change them to suit your home.
