Fillable Puppy Pack (11 pages, fillable; Save As one copy per puppy for the new family):

Type once: kennel name, breeder contact, litter ID, dam and sire copy to every page that shows them. Every puppy field is separate, so clearing one box never clears another.

PRINT edition (19 pages): every page of both PDFs, low ink, to write on by hand.

• Start Here: your copy link, quick setup, palette, color key and how the numbers are worked out
• Setup: kennel name once, weight unit (lb, oz, kg or g), statuses, 14 collar colors and the palette (Chestnut and Sky, Colorblind Safe, Print)
• Dams and Sires: 40 dogs, each with a fixed ID
• Litters: 30 litters; pick the dam and sire, type your dates; puppy count and available count fill in
• Puppies: 300 puppies with collar color, call name, birth weight and a status pill (Available, Reserved, Sold, Kept)
• Weights: 3,000 weight rows; gain since last weigh in and percent change fill in; a weight chart for the puppy you pick
• Buyers and Deposits: 300 buyers; type price and deposit, the balance fills in; go home date and a Pack sent tick
• Vet Visits: 300 blank record rows for what your veterinarian tells you
• Dashboard: puppies by status, deposits collected, balances outstanding and the next 5 go home dates
