Developed for Google Sheets. An Excel file is included for the latest Microsoft 365 (Office 365 Desktop App). Older Excel versions may not support all features.

Quick setup: open the Start Here PDF, make your own copy, type your show name and publish destinations.

WHAT'S INSIDE (9 tabs)

Start Here: the same steps, color key and notes inside the workbook.

Setup: show name, host names, palette, week start, currency symbol, Pretend today, 8 episode types, 8 deliverable types and up to 6 publish destinations.

Episodes: 300 rows with episode number, title, type, status, Guest ID, record and publish dates, Booking ID, next step, notes and link; guest and sponsor names, days to publish and a stage meter fill in.

Guests: 300 rows (G001 to G300) with contact, topic, outreach and follow up dates, status, record date and ticks for bio and links, release received and thank you sent; overdue follow ups are flagged.

Sponsors: 100 bookings (S001 to S100) with deliverable, script approved, read date, aired, proof sent, invoice sent, paid, fee and amount paid; balance due fills in.

Calendar: pick a month to see record dates, publish dates and sponsor reads by day, with this week marked.

Promo Checklist: a row for every Scheduled or Published episode with ticks for show notes, clips, newsletter mention, guest notified and each publish destination.

Dashboard: episodes in progress, next record and publish dates, guests awaiting reply, balance due, episodes by status, upcoming dates, follow ups, reads due this month, unpaid invoices and a chart of episodes by type.

Example: a filled example for a fictional show that feeds nothing.

3 palettes in one file: Aubergine and Raspberry, Colorblind Safe and Print (black and white). Status words always stay visible.

Room for 300 episodes, 300 guests and 100 sponsor bookings. Promo Checklist lists up to 300 Scheduled or Published episodes. Setup holds 8 episode types, 8 deliverable types and 6 publish destinations.
