Choose Arcade Night or Arcade Day. Both have the same eight tabs and features. The Shelf uses title cards, no cover art.

𝗪𝗛𝗔𝗧 𝗬𝗢𝗨 𝗖𝗔𝗡 𝗧𝗥𝗔𝗖𝗞

• Library: up to 1,500 games with platform, genre, series, format, status, priority, dates, price paid, estimated length, past hours, rating and notes.
• Play Log: up to 5,000 sessions. Logged hours feed total hours, progress, cost per hour and last played.
• Shelf: 24 title cards per page. Filter by status, finished this year, platform or format.
• Calendar: choose a month to see daily playtime, the most-played game that day and month summaries.
• Dashboard: collection value, games finished against your yearly goal, pace, hours, Playing now, Up Next, backlog hours to go, unplayed spend, yearly spending and three charts.
• Wishlist: up to 200 games with manually entered price targets, Buy now signals and release countdowns. Add a bought game to Library yourself.
• Setup: year, goals, currency symbol, rating scale, week start and editable platform, genre and format lists.
• Start Here: instructions, input color key and all four copy links.

Developed for Google Sheets. An Excel file is included for the latest Microsoft 365 (Office 365 Desktop App). Older Excel versions may not support all features. Use the copy link for your own cloud copy or save the supplied .xlsx file. No macros or add-ons are needed. Prices and game details are entered by you; there is no live price feed.

𝗨𝗦𝗘 𝗔𝗡𝗗 𝗦𝗢𝗥𝗧𝗜𝗡𝗚

Input cells are unlocked and formula cells are protected without a password. Filters work while protected. To sort, use Review > Unprotect Sheet (no password), sort the whole table, then protect it again. Do not insert or delete rows. For long entries use Wrap Text and AutoFit Row Height. If you rename a game, update its Play Log entries too.
