Home Maintenance Tracker

About this download

Stop guessing when you last changed the furnace filter. This Home Maintenance Tracker for Google Sheets keeps your maintenance schedule, repairs, appliances, warranties and contractors in one spreadsheet that does the math for you. An Excel file is included for the latest Microsoft 365 (Office 365 Desktop App).

Type the date you last did a task and Next due fills in. Seasonal tasks date themselves to the end of their season, flags show what is Overdue or Due soon, and the Dashboard shows what needs attention in the next 14 days.

• Smart checks flag duplicate tasks, duplicate serial numbers, categories not on Setup and providers not listed

• Keep passwords and door codes in a password manager rather than in the spreadsheet.
• Listing images show invented sample data.
• For personal use only.
