𝗛𝗢𝗪 𝗜𝗧 𝗪𝗢𝗥𝗞𝗦

• Setup: enter your school year start and end, your school week (Mon to Fri, Mon to Sat or every day), breaks, up to 4 students and up to 20 subjects. The Attendance tab lists up to 300 school days automatically.
• Lessons: log the date, student, subject, lesson and minutes. Hours, core and non-core subjects and a Check column fill in automatically.
• Attendance: type a code only for days that were not a normal present day (P present, H half day, F field trip, A absent, S sick). Days present and the attendance rate are calculated for you.
• Week View: a printable Monday to Friday week for one student, built from the lesson log.
• Grades: Score and Out of give the percent and the letter on your own editable grading scale.
• HS Credits: high school courses, credits and GPA, with GPA points, cumulative credits and cumulative GPA by grade level, plus credits by subject area against your own goals.
• Reading: a reading log per student with pages, dates, rating and status.
• Year Summary: one printable page per student with attendance, hours by subject, averages and books.
• Dashboard: school days so far and left, a countdown to the next break, hours this year, lessons this week, books finished, target pace and three charts.

• One file with a Theme dropdown on Setup: choose Light or Dark and every tab switches. Charts and header art are designed to suit both.
• A Show sample data switch: On shows a fictional family so you can explore first; Off hides the examples and uses your own entries. The switch never changes anything you typed.
