It suits small batch makers of candles, soap, jewelry, knits, bath and body goods and similar handmade products.

𝗪𝗛𝗔𝗧 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗦𝗣𝗥𝗘𝗔𝗗𝗦𝗛𝗘𝗘𝗧 𝗗𝗢𝗘𝗦

• Materials tab: room for 300 materials with type, unit, cost per unit, starting on hand, an adjustment for recounts, reorder at level, reorder qty, supplier and notes. On hand is calculated from starting stock, purchases and what your batches used, with a Reorder or Out flag.
• Purchases tab: log deliveries (date, material, qty added) and on hand goes up.
• Products tab: room for 150 products, each with a recipe of up to 8 materials and the qty one item uses. Material cost per item, total cost per item (with optional labor and packaging), margin at your own price, finished on hand, open orders, items still to make, Can make now and the material that limits it are all calculated.
• Batches tab: log each batch (date, product, qty made). The recipe comes out of Materials and the finished items go into stock, with the material cost of the batch.
• Orders tab: one row per product in an order with date, customer, channel, product, qty, optional price each, status, due date and an event or note. Finished stock goes down when a status takes stock, and each open order shows how many days until it is due or how many days overdue.
• Dashboard tab: materials to reorder, orders due in the next 7 days, overdue orders, open orders, finished stock, sales this month, what you can make now for each product, the reorder list with suppliers and an estimated cost, the orders due list, a market and event tally, best sellers this year and monthly sales by channel for the last 6 months.
• Setup tab: currency symbol, the due soon window, an optional pretend today date, and your own lists of channels, material types, product categories, units and order statuses. For each status you choose whether it takes finished stock, counts as open and counts as a sale.

• Light and Dark mode in the same file: choose a theme on Setup and every tab switches. Charts and header art are designed to suit both.
• Sample data switch: see the spreadsheet filled with a fictional small candle studio (14 materials, 6 products, 4 purchases, 10 batches and 38 order lines), then switch it Off and start your own. The switch never changes anything you type.

• Formula cells are protected without a password, and every typing cell is open. To sort, unprotect the sheet (Review > Unprotect Sheet, no password), sort the whole table, then protect it again.
• No year is built in: dates come from what you type and from today's date.
