This is a digital spreadsheet, not physical bins or labels. Type what you have, and the spreadsheet works out days left, a status for every item (Expired, Use soon, Out, Low or OK) and how many months each item has been in the freezer. A shopping list builds itself from everything at or below its minimum, grouped by store in your shopping order, with an estimated cost.

𝗪𝗛𝗔𝗧 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗦𝗣𝗥𝗘𝗔𝗗𝗦𝗛𝗘𝗘𝗧 𝗗𝗢𝗘𝗦

• Inventory tab: room for 1,000 items with category, location, shelf or bin, on hand, unit, min, target, use by date, added or frozen on date, price, store, an in cart tick and notes.
• Automatic columns: days left, status, amount to buy, estimated cost, value on hand, months frozen and a check that flags a duplicate item in the same location, a target below min or a missing location.
• Shopping List tab: builds itself from Inventory items at or below Min, sorted by store and then category, with the amount to buy, an estimated cost per line, totals by store and the in cart tick. Add one-off extras on the same tab.
• Use Soon tab: expired items first, then items inside your use soon window (you choose the days), plus a freezer age list for anything frozen for the number of months you set.
• Dashboard tab: items tracked, use soon, expired, low or out, shopping list lines with estimated cost, value on hand, top 8 use soon and low stock lists, items by location, value by location, items by category and the oldest freezer item.
• Setup tab: currency symbol, use soon window, freezer warning, an optional pretend today date, and your own lists of locations, categories, stores and units.
• Light and Dark mode in the same file: choose a theme on Setup and every tab switches. Charts and header art are designed to suit both.
• Sample data switch: see the spreadsheet filled with 24 fictional items, then switch it Off and start your own list. The switch never changes anything you type.

Tick In cart on the Inventory tab while you shop. Back home, type the new On hand amount and untick In cart. The shopping list rebuilds itself from what is still low.
