The tracker works out expected commission, host share and net to you from the rates and splits you enter. It is not a payout guarantee. Confirm commission rates, splits and payout timing with your suppliers and your host agency.

Developed for Google Sheets. An Excel file is included for the latest Microsoft 365 (Office 365 Desktop App). Older Excel versions may not support all features.

WHAT'S INSIDE (10 tabs)

Start Here: quick setup, color key, how the numbers are worked out, sorting notes.

Setup: business name, year, currency label, host agency share, palette, the sample switch, Pretend today, 60 supplier rows (type, default commission rate, pay lag days, lag counts from) and the dropdown lists.

Dashboard: booked value this year, commission expected, net after host, received, still to come, overdue, trips by status, next 5 departures, next 5 client payments due and 2 charts.

Clients: 300 client rows with ID, household or client name, email, phone, birthday month and day, passport expiration date and preferences. Trips and booked value fill in.

Trips: 600 trip rows with ID, client, trip name, destination, depart and return dates, travelers and status (Quoted, Booked, Traveling, Completed, Canceled). Booked value and commission expected fill in.

Bookings: 1,500 booking rows by supplier with gross price, commissionable amount, rate, host share, client deposit and final payment due dates, commission received, expected pay date and status.

Travelers: 720 rows, up to 12 per trip, with share of trip cost, paid, balance and passport expiration date (Check passport shows when it expires within 6 months of the depart date).

Payments Due: client deposits and final payments due in the next 30 days, by date, with Due soon, Overdue or Paid.

Commission: by month and by supplier (expected, host share, net, received, short, overdue) and the overdue list (up to 25 lines) with days overdue.

Year Summary: a one page printable summary of the year by month and for the top 15 suppliers (Letter or A4).

4 palettes in one file: Cobalt, Graphite, Colorblind Safe and High Contrast. Status cells always carry a word as well as a color.

A fictional sample agency shows how everything works. Switch it Off on Setup before you add your own data.

Room for 300 clients, 600 trips, 1,500 bookings, 720 traveler rows (up to 12 per trip) and 60 suppliers.
