The native Google Sheets tracker gives you direct rows and columns, visible formulas, live Overview filters, three focused Overview charts, a Profit Calculator, Blank and Sample copies, and dedicated Monthly, Platforms, and Yearly Overview summaries.

Both products use the same six canonical record groups: Items, Listings, Sales, Stock Movements, Expenses, and Fee Profiles.

Profit Calculator uses one current active Fee Profile for the marketplace you select. Required Fee Profile fields are yellow and marked with an asterisk. Enter a unique Profile ID, platform, percentage fees, fixed fees, an effective date of today or earlier, and active status. Enter zero when a fee does not apply. Confirm Profile Check says OK before relying on the calculator.

𝗜𝗠𝗣𝗢𝗥𝗧𝗔𝗡𝗧 𝗪𝗢𝗥𝗞𝗙𝗟𝗢𝗪 𝗥𝗨𝗟𝗘

The app and Google Sheets do not live sync. Choose one as the main current record. Use the CSV files for a deliberate transfer, snapshot, or move between workflows. Do not update both independently and expect them to merge automatically.

Transfer Items first, then Listings, Sales, Stock Movements, Expenses, and Fee Profiles. Product photos stay inside the app workspace and do not move through CSV.

Both products are manual recordkeeping tools. They do not connect to marketplaces, pull orders automatically, remove live listings, calculate official taxes, or guarantee profit.

The app workspace, browser recovery data, CSV files, photos, downloaded XLSX files, and copied Google Sheets files are your responsibility. Protect access and keep independent backups.
