RUN YOUR RESALE BUSINESS FROM ONE OFFLINE WORKSPACE

Track inventory, marketplace listings, sales, returns, stock changes, expenses, fees, and profit estimates in a self-contained HTML app you open in a desktop browser. There is no product account, subscription, or marketplace connection.

The Command Center turns your records into an operating view: units on hand, inventory cost value, revenue, net profit, ROI, sell-through, marketplace performance, stale stock, low stock, and cross-listing cleanup alerts.

WHAT THE APP TRACKS

• Items: SKU, barcode, name, category, brand, condition, source, purchase date, cost, quantity, reorder point, storage location, notes, and a product photo reference
• Marketplace listings: platform, listing ID, status, price, quantity, and last checked date
• Sales and returns: revenue, shipping charged, marketplace fees, payment fees, promotion fees, postage, packaging, refunds, returned units, payout status, profit, margin, ROI, and time to sell
• Stock movements: purchases, restocks, corrections, and loss, with damage recorded as a negative adjustment
• Business expenses: operating costs kept separate from direct order costs
• Fee profiles: editable marketplace fee assumptions for Profit Calculator

FLEXIBLE CSV IMPORT

Use the paired canonical CSV files to transfer records between the app and a compatible spreadsheet or record system. If another export uses different headers, choose Map Another CSV. The mapper suggests safe matches, leaves ambiguous headers unresolved, prompts for relationships and stable identities, supports explicit defaults and value conversion, and previews every row before the workspace changes.

Any invalid row blocks the complete import. You can save a mapping preset inside the workspace so future files from the same source do not have to be mapped from scratch.

Current file limits are 10 MB, 10,000 data rows, and 100,000 characters in one field.

1. Unzip the download.
2. Open Reseller-Business-Manager.html in a current desktop browser on Windows or Mac.
3. Explore the included Sample workspace.
4. Start a clean workspace before entering real records.
5. Save a.ufreseller workspace file and keep independent backups.

GOOD TO KNOW

This is a manual recordkeeping app. It does not connect to marketplaces, pull orders automatically, remove live listings, calculate official taxes, or guarantee profit.

The app, browser recovery data, workspace files, CSV files, and product photos are not encrypted. Protect the device and saved files. Browser recovery is a convenience, not the primary save. Keep a working.ufreseller file and separate backups.
