The operational sheets are prepared for 200 records each. Fee Profiles is prepared for 100 rows. Calculated fields and edit warnings protect the connected formulas.

𝗙𝗘𝗘 𝗣𝗥𝗢𝗙𝗜𝗟𝗘 𝗦𝗘𝗧𝗨𝗣

The Profit Calculator uses one current active Fee Profile for the marketplace you select. Required Fee Profile fields are yellow and marked with an asterisk. Enter a unique Profile ID, platform, percentage fees, fixed fees, an effective date of today or earlier, and active status. Enter 0 when a fee does not apply. Confirm Profile Check says OK before relying on the calculator.

1. Unzip the download and open Google-Sheets-Template-Links.txt.
2. Open the Sample template and explore the completed workflow.
3. Open the Blank copy link, sign in, and select Make a copy before entering records.
4. Add Items before dependent Listings, Sales Records, or Stock Movements.
5. Keep regular backup copies.

Google Sheets is the primary experience. Sign in to Google and select Make a copy from the copy-link screen. XLSX backups are included for offline use, but Excel may display charts, filters, or spacing differently.

This is a manual spreadsheet. It does not connect to marketplaces, pull live orders, remove listings, calculate official taxes, or guarantee profit. CSV transfer is manual, not live sync. Product photos do not transfer through the canonical CSV files.
