Google Sheets: Upload either XLSX file to Google Drive, open it with Google Sheets, then choose Save as Google Sheets to create a native copy.

The seating tab uses the FILTER function, so use Google Sheets or Excel 2021 or newer.

Fonts, print scaling, and protected-range behavior can vary slightly between spreadsheet apps. Currency cells use USD formatting and can be reformatted.

𝗛𝗢𝗪 𝗧𝗢 𝗨𝗦𝗘

1. Use Etsy in a computer or mobile browser to download both XLSX files. Digital files cannot be downloaded inside the Etsy app.
2. Open the Sample workbook first to explore a filled example.
3. Open the Blank workbook and begin on Setup.
4. Enter information in the light neutral input cells. Linked totals, warnings, and dashboard charts update from your entries.
5. Keep a backup copy before major edits.
